I’m so grateful you’ve found your way to this moment.

Ram Dass’ book Be Here Now was one of the very first spiritual books I ever held. I was gifted it in LA at age 19, while I was struggling with addiction. These words, “Be Here Now,” have echoed in my mind for decades.

The present moment has become my temple.
Sacred space & devotion the heart of my path to the temple gates.

I’ve been on a long journey of discovery, asking the question…How can my life become a living temple?

We’re used to hearing

‘the body is a temple’.
But for me, the deeper invitation has been this…
what if life itself is the temple?

A temple is a space of rememberance.

A place where we slow, observe, listen.

A temple is a place for alchemy & prayer.

Entering a temple changes how we show up, how we move, even how we adorn ourselves. We don’t rush in a temple space. We allow ourselves to sit. And when we sit long enough, we begin to notice what’s alive beneath the surface.

The longer you look at one thing, the more you begin to understand everything.

In the space of a temple, power is grace-lead. Hearts soften & remember their dreams. Protection & Love surround us. The more time we spend in a temple, something shifts. The ordinary can begin to feel infused with magic.

Life is softer, richer.
Not because life changes, but because we do.

The more time we spend in the temple of the present moment, we meet a truth that’s been waiting for us all along.

We meet our highest selves.

My values are the roots of all I do:

beauty, community, & love.

Beauty is the doorway that awakens our senses to the divine woven into all things. Community reminds us that we are never walking alone. Integration & remembrance happen with more ease, more grace when we are together. Love, ever-present, infinite, is both the guide & the destination.

Each morning I ask myself: How can I serve Love today? This is my compass. I do not see myself as a healer. Rather, I hold the space where you can meet yourself more fully. In this compassionate, safe space, I offer invitations, tools, and practices that support you in reconnecting with your own wisdom, your body, your breath, your higher self & the divine. I hold space for you to discover your own living temple.

One of the tools I work with is Real Sky Astrology, reading the living sky exactly as it appears above us. For me, it is about the soul’s journey and receiving guidance. Remembering that we are woven into something vast and intelligent. I use Real Sky, as we are in the age of awakening, of remembering. We no longer need someone to tell us what to see & believe; we only need to lift our eyes to the sky. In these times we need to cultivate our own discernment, our sovereignty. The stars themselves become guides, offering clues to our soul’s journey and reflecting the truth that has always lived within us.

I am, above all, a student of life. Every day I learn, I listen, I pray I grow. My path is not one of perfection but of humility, meeting each moment with curiosity, reverence, and gratitude. I bow to the lessons of the earth, the cosmos, the teachers and friends who walk before me & beside me, and the unseen forces that guide us.

This life is a gift, and I am endlessly grateful to live it in service.
