What does the journey look like?
You will be guided gently with somatic practices & sound healing. The horses resonance will mirror your nervous system & heart, so tuning in first invites your body to soften, regulate, and remember it’s natural rhythm. You are then invited to meet the horses. Mishka will guide you in presence-practices with them. The journey ends in a sound bath and optional receiving of reiki in a 1:1 session.

As you tune into the horses’ subtle language using breath, sensation, and stillness…you may receive insights, emotional releases.
You will recieve an experienc of grounding and clarity.
