I do not call myself a ‘healer’, & I never will. I am a sacred space holder. I am a medicine carrier. I am a weaver. I am your companion on the path, a devoted witness to the sacredness & wisdom already alive within you.

I am a devoted ceremonialist, carrying over a decade of experience in facilitation & embodied teaching. I have held space for individuals to reconnect with their innate wisdom, awaken their inner guidance, and remember the sacredness of their lives. I am a certified breathwork facilitator, death doula, energy worker, and have completed thousands of hours of breath, yoga, body & sound training across the world. And I continue to train & add to my tool box.

I provide guidance rooted in devotion, embodiment, and the practices that have supported myself and so many other women on their journey of life.
