I do not call myself a ‘healer’, & I never will. I am a sacred space holder. I am a medicine carrier. I am a weaver. I am your companion on the path, a devoted witness to the sacredness & wisdom already alive within you.

I am a devoted ceremonialist, carrying over a decade of experience in facilitation, embodied teaching, and sacred Knowing. I have held space for individuals to reconnect with their innate wisdom, awaken their inner guidance, and remember the sacredness of their lives. I am a certified breathwork facilitator, bodyworker, and have completed over 1,000 hours of breath, yoga and meditation teacher training across the world.

I provide guidance rooted in devotion, embodiment, and the practices that have supported me and others on their journey of awakening.
