Welcoming in a new year, a fresh cycle with a kava & vision board ceremony

Kava Kava is a root that has numerous health benefits & a calming, yet euphoric effect.

We will sit in a embodied manifestion practice with the kava tea, this will look like a gentle meditation,

Heart-cetered manifestation tools will be shared for you to take home and practice.

The second half of our ceremony will be vision board CREATION !

Everything you need to create your own vision board will be provided, paper, magazine, paint & colored crafts- however if there is a specific image or object you would like on your board you are invited to bring it

Important details:

All are welcome

Doors will be open to the studio at 3:20 pm

Please arrive promptly to allow yourself time to settle in, the doors will be locked at 3:40 pm

What to bring:

something to sit on, a bolster or pillow

Water

Any specific images or objects you would like to see on your vision board

Due to the limited space of a small container, tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to make the evening you are welcome to gift the ticket to another.
